Karen's Kitchen - Karen McVeigh, Jimbour Qld

Karen has always had a long-time love of cooking and baking. This has been inspired by her mother's love of baking, as well as her grandmother, who was able to whip up delicious 'smoko' food and sweets. Karen has been cooking biscuits and gourmet delights, since 2005, as part of the Bush Christmas Exhibition. She is hoping to tempt everyone with something from her assortment including rocky road, gourmet granola, sweet biscuits and savoury snacks - all baked with love.
