I grew up on a property between St.George and Dirranbandi and anyone who knew me growing up knows that I love to draw. I put my love of art on hold to pursue a nursing/midwifery career until I was diagnosed with breast cancer and since then, my art has come to the forefront of everything that happens to me. I developed a silly calendar about the funny things my two dachshunds do everyday and when my dear friend Sue died from breast cancer, I wrote my “Little Book of Wisdom and Gratitude”  to deal with her loss and to practice gratitude. Everything I create has a story behind it.
