Melek's Baklava & more - Melek Onugoren, Toowoomba Qld

​Melek has been baking and cooking a range of products, especially Traditional Turkish Baklava using her grandmother’s recipe, in Toowoomba since 2017.  Her Baklava and mouth-watering Turkish Delights has seen her business thrive in and around the Darling Downs and Brisbane areas. Melek also bakes other tempting traditional dishes including amazing almond shortbread.
All these lovely foods have been baked by Melek especially for Bush Christmas Exhibition since 2018.
