Blossom Fudge began with a simple batch of homemade fudge created for the family business, Blossom Café and Post.
The response from customers was immediate, with each batch quickly selling out and requests continuing to grow. Encouraged by the enthusiasm, Shari expanded production and developed a range of delicious flavours that have become favourites with customers.
Today, Blossom Fudge continues to delight sweet lovers with handcrafted fudge made using quality ingredients, traditional methods and plenty of care.
