Blossom Fudge - Shari Hughes, Greenmount Qld

Blossom Fudge started when I made some fudge for our shop (Blossom Cafe and Post). Each time I made it, it sold out by the end of the day! Not being able to keep up with demand, I invested in larger fudge making equipment and Blossom Fudge continues to grow. We are most proud of our Fudge-Raisers which enable any sized community organisation to raise funds! Coming from a community with small schools we know how tough it can be to raise funds and we are thrilled to be able to support them with our fudge!​
