Life on a cattle property near Tambo in western Queensland provides endless inspiration for teacher and author Kiralee.
When she's not in the classroom or helping in the cattle yards with her husband and four daughters, Kiralee enjoys gardening, painting and exploring her love of storytelling.
These passions came together in her first children's book, The Most Magnificent Pot of Gold, beautifully illustrated by artist Georgina Hart. Through Busy Little Bookshelf, Kiralee hopes to spark children's imaginations while encouraging a lifelong love of reading. Her stories celebrate creativity, wonder and the magic that can be found in everyday adventures.
