My husband, Michael Gale loved on farm butchering. While travelling in Western Queensland he wrote ‘The Bush Butcher's Bible’ and ‘Home Cured Meats & Sausage Making’. We travelled Western Queensland in our caravan producing and selling our books. Unfortunately, Michael passed away in September 2018. His books will continue.
