Em's Hair Flare began with a Year 8 school charity project and a desire to make a difference. Emily created handmade hair accessories and earrings to raise funds for the Animal Welfare League, donating more than $1,100 to support a cause close to her heart. Discovering a passion for creating, she decided to continue making her products and turned a school project into a successful small business.
Now, more than ten years later, Emily balances her full-time career as a Veterinary Technician with designing and creating her colourful accessories, which are sold at markets and local retail outlets. Her creativity, combined with a lifelong love of animals, continues to inspire a business that has grown from kindness, passion and determination.
