Georgie’s sewing and creativity began as a child. Inspired 15 years ago, her label ‘Georgie K’ began, creating bibs and bunny rugs, then expanding into other mediums including resin. Georgie loves natural fibres, especially cotton - from growing the fibre with her husband and two children on their Darling Downs property, to what can be created in fabric. Now, 15 years and hundreds of bibs later, her love of sewing, creative inspiration and foraging for beautiful fabrics continues.
