Kathy first cooked up a batch of granola when still a young mum, as a wholesome, after-school offering for her little family. A friend tried some and immediately 'had to' stock Gourmet Granola in her providore shop in the village of Bell, Qld. As the years progressed her recipe underwent testing and trying, modifying and tweaking until the current version was reached and is now sought after Australia wide. Gourmet Granola not only boasts its clustery deliciousness but is free from oats and other fillers and undesirable additives.
