Sue and Peter Ingall, made preserves for over 30 years and from humble beginnings Jamworks of Glen Aplin was formed. This has evolved into Jamworks Gourmet Foods with the inclusion of Stephanie Ingall and business partner Christine Hood.
Our vision is to continue producing homemade, small batch gourmet preserves embracing the finest fresh ingredients from the surrounding Granite Belt, known for its fresh fruit and vegetables and cold climate wines.
We believe we have the best recipes, access to the best produce and a reputation for the highest quality gourmet preserves. Free of artificial preservatives, flavours or colours our entire range is Gluten Free.
