After forty years as a food editor, desk bound in stuffy offices, I retired with my husband to Mudgee NSW to live ‘the life’. We found that rural living can be dull when not engrossed in a community. We quickly grasped the need to support local enterprise. So we utilised our career skill sets, entered the Mudgee Show and won a blue ribbon for a treasured family recipe. We launched our stall 7 years ago and now travel throughout the Central West producing our multi award winning regional relishes.
We enjoy an active, fascinating lifestyle complemented by great friends, wonderful food… and plenty of fresh air. |
