I’m Danielle, but most people know me as Miss Chardy. My husband and I manage Coolullah Station, north west of Cloncurry and I am the station cook, feeding around 14-18 people each day. In 2014 I started sharing my story online, wanting to show that even in the middle of nowhere we love to laugh, dress up, and bring people together. Cooking became my way to connect - feeding others fills my cup. What began as a chore in a remote kitchen turned into joy, creativity, and community. My cookbooks are a reflection of this outback life I love to share.
