Red Cross - Just Picnic's Recipe Book

The Mole and Sovereign Rivers Red Cross is a small Red Cross branch based west of Tenterfield in northern NSW. Our aim was to produce a book of picnic recipes as a fundraiser, using locally grown produce combined with pictures depicting our country lifestyle and many scenic picnic spots. In the creation of this book, members met for picnics in different places, each with an array of picnic fare to be tested. All the money raised from the sale of this book goes to Red Cross, thanks to Bush Christmas for giving us this such a wonderful opportunity.
