​What started as a love of all things spicy, ended up as a passion for old style, fermented mustards. An ancient food, an almost forgotten hearty meal booster became a love affair.  My fermented mustards are time consuming and a little misunderstood, so the spices became artisan curry and seasoning blends. Everything is made by us, and more importantly, eaten by us. It’s the roadway to healthy eating – spices keep us healthy and happy.
