Tarawera Treasures

Our journey began 15 years ago when Phil suffered a very serious stroke.  Our lives were changed forever.  However he was persuaded to take up silver-smithing and with lessons and encouragement he hasn’t looked back.  A few years ago he was a Queensland Finalist in the Stroke Foundation’s Artistic Awards.  Phil’s unique ideas come from everyday items eg. cotter pins, springs and plug chains.
Robyn has always had an artistic flare, especially with beading and embroidery.
