Artist & Author - Terese Eglington, Toowoomba QLD

Artist, educator and children's author Terese has spent a lifetime exploring creativity through a wide range of artistic pursuits.
Her love of art began at school through ceramics and visual arts and has continued to evolve through painting, wood carving, leadlight and writing. Combining her talents as both an artist and storyteller, Terese has written, illustrated and published eight children's books, bringing Australian stories and characters to life through words and images.
Several of her books have inspired solo exhibitions, showcasing the unique connection between her visual artwork and literary creations.
Through her work, Terese hopes to spark imagination, curiosity and a love of storytelling in readers and art lovers of all ages.
