Woolooga Farm Kitchen is situated in the heart of Petersen's Farm - home to a diverse array of fruit and veg from cottage to gourmet, including the Australia's largest commercial crop of Rosellas - the vibrant fruit behind their famous rosella jams, sauces and relishes. Led by Cecilia "CC" Diaz-Petersen, who handcrafts a wide range of old-time classic preserves and condiments using fresh produce from local farmers and the fields surrounding their kitchen.
