Packaging
All products are nestled in natural cotton with gum leaves to reflect the Australian theme and to protect products from damage. Each hamper is packed in a white box suitable for postage and tied with a ribbon. Products can be packed on to a wooden share board, wrapped in cellophane and tied with raffia. This is only suitable for personal collection.
Supply
Every effort has been made to ensure reliable supply of products however if a product becomes unavailable, another similar product will be substituted to guarantee quality and value.
Delivery
Hampers ordered for collection can be picked up from Bush Christmas at 58 Neil Street, Toowoomba from 9am to 6pm from Thursday 30 November to Sunday 10 December 2017.
Australia Post is the preferred delivery method for all mail orders. Postage and handling costs for delivery Australia wide will be calculated according to product weight and destination.
Payment - Is it safe to purchase online?
When you place your order from this website you will be transferred to a secure internet location run by the international funds transfer company PayPal. All information sent to PayPal is encrypted by them to ensure your security during your transaction.
What do I do if I don't have a credit card?
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal where you are able to use your Visa or MasterCard without having to set up a PayPal account. If this option does not suit you, please contact us and we can organise an alternative method of payment.
Returns
We carefully select and pack each product contained in our hampers and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Should your hamper or gift become damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement product.

To guarantee delivery within Queensland for Christmas, all orders need to be received by no later than 5.00pm on Friday 17 November 2017.
We are unable to guarantee that interstate deliveries will arrive before Christmas. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
