Delivery
Currently Bush Christmas only ships to Australia addresses.
All items will be sent via Australia Post from the Bush Christmas Exhibition in November unless a personal pickup from Bush Christmas has been specified on ordering. Postage for all orders is the responsibility of the purchaser additional postage may be necessary depending on the items you purchase.
Processing your order
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Tracking orders
All orders delivered in Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact us for assistance at [email protected]
Delivery times
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 2 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.)
