Refund Policy
Under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, you will be entitled to a refund should the product you receive be faulty. Please see below for our specific policy regarding refunds.
Out of Stock Items
If for any reason, the product(s) you have ordered are out of stock or no longer available, we will refund you in full for the items.
Change Of Mind
No refunds will be offered should you change your mind regarding your purchase.
Non-refundable Items
Unfortunately, due their nature, the items below cannot be refunded (unless damaged in transit and returned unworn and/or unopened):
All items are quality checked by our team prior to dispatch. If, however, you item is damaged during transit, we ask you to please take a photo of your item upon receipt and send to us with a request for a replacement within 2 days of receiving the goods.
We will dispatch a replacement item for you. Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to provide a replacement of the same product.
Freight For Refunds
Bush Christmas will cover the freight costs for any refunds or replacements.
