In May 2021 my wife Karen and I started up Darling Fresh Smoke Haus in Toowoomba, crafting delicious 100% natural smoked foods, pre-sliced/pulled/sauced, ready in minutes. We believe in no preservatives or additives, and have now wood-smoked the seasonings we use so more people can get that amazing flavour!
