In an innovative program in Stanthorpe, rescue dogs are transformed into skilled truffle detection experts. Using their keen sense of smell, these dogs locate the rare and flavourful truffles buried under the ground. Once found the truffles are harvested and turned into high-quality gourmet condiments, such as truffle-infused oils, sauces, and dressings, using the freshest ingredients available. It's a program that brings together the love for dogs and the culinary world's desire for exquisite truffle delicacies. Over the past few years we have expanded into non truffle condiments and gourmet food products.
