JAG- The Perfect Citrus, a venture that blossomed in 2021, emerged from a heartfelt mission to creatively utilise surplus fruit from our farm and nearby orchards. Inspired by our fond moments of sipping 'fancy' drinks on the verandah as mother and daughter, we embarked on the path of dehydrating fruit. Each piece is hand-picked, carefully sliced, and transformed into delectable treats through small-batch dehydration, making for a truly captivating and flavoursome experience.
