JAG- The Perfect Citrus is a mother and daughter team from Mt Tyson. In 2021, as they sat on their verandah enjoying slices of lime in their drinks, they considered the waste of surplus fruit on their trees and those of their neighbours. They decided to dehydrate their citrus and JAG was born.
