For more than 26 years, my passion for cooking has led to the birth of Off the Shelf - a delightful venture that started with 12 bottles of mustard. Over time, this humble beginning blossomed into a diverse array of jams and seasonal preserves. As the gourmet selection grew, I happily introduced Christmas Plum Puddings to the mix. Relocating from Dirranbandi to Dalby brought forth an abundance of mulberry trees, inspiring the creation of our cherished mulberry conserve. Drawing upon my background as a home economics teacher, this little business reflects the perfect fusion of my love for cooking and culinary expertise.
