Shelduck Farm - Sally McCreath, Montana TAS
Sally and Rob McCreath moved to the Darling Downs from Scotland in 1994 then to Tasmania in 2017. What they missed was the perfect savoury biscuit to eat with all the wonderful cheeses produced in Tasmania. Sally had a recipe for traditional Scottish oatcakes and so the business began. Shelduck Farm oatcakes are hand made in Sally's kitchen and were launched in mid 2021. There are three flavours - Original, Tasmanian Native Pepperberry and Rosemary. They have won gold and silver medals at
the 2022 Fine Food Awards held in Hobart.
